Thornton Court – Independent living student accommodation consisting of 42 Beds.

We ensure that:
- Information is accurate, clear and accessible
- Marketing materials are inclusive and non-discriminatory

We have and continue to operate a fair and transparent allocation process:
- Applications assessed using objective criteria
- No discrimination in decision-making
- Reasonable adjustments made where required
- Adapted rooms allocated appropriately and fairly

- Staff: Follow this policy and undertake EDI training
- Residents: Treat others with respect and follow house rules

We agree to monitor allocations and complaints and review this policy annually or as required.
