Thornton Court – Independent living student accommodation consisting of 42 Beds.

We ensure that:

• Information is accurate, clear and accessible

We have and continue to operate a fair and transparent allocation process:

• Applications assessed using objective criteria
• No discrimination in decision-making
• Reasonable adjustments made where required
• Adapted rooms allocated appropriately and fairly

5. Living Environment

• Management: Ensure compliance and annual review
• Staff: Follow this policy and undertake EDI training
• Residents: Treat others with respect and follow house rules

7. Monitoring & Review

We agree to monitor allocations and complaints and review this policy annually or as required.

8. Breaches

Breaches may result in:
